Directory

The directory is being built

TrustMyCourse is reviewing its first founding courses. Verified courses appear here as they complete a review — nothing is listed before it does.

No courses have completed verification yet.

In the meantime you can read the standard every course is measured against, or browse the subjects the directory will cover.

Why TrustMyCourse

What sits behind a verified listing

Verification is a review carried out by us, against criteria anyone can read.

  • Independently reviewed

Reviews are carried out by TrustMyCourse, not by the creator. A fee covers the review itself and never the result — a course that does not meet the standard is not verified.

  • Published criteria

The checks are written down and public. Every verified profile shows which of them were completed, so you can judge the standard for yourself.

  • Re-checked over time

Verification carries a date and a scheduled re-check. If a course changes materially or no longer meets the standard, its status is updated or removed.

The process

How verification works

Every course listed as verified has been through the same four steps.

  1. Step 1: We access the course

TrustMyCourse reviews the same course experience a paying buyer receives, on the platform the creator actually sells it on.

  2. Step 2: We compare it with what is advertised

The curriculum, offer, access arrangements and public claims are checked against criteria published in advance.

  3. Step 3: We publish what was checked

Every approved course receives a dated public verification record listing exactly which checks were completed.

  4. Step 4: We re-check it over time

Verification carries a review date. It can expire, change or be withdrawn if a course no longer meets the standard.

Standards

What verification covers

The criteria are published in advance — and so are their limits.

What a review checks

  • Curriculum matches the offer
  • Creator identity
  • Access and delivery
  • Advertised claims
  • Pricing and terms
  • Support and updates

What verification does not mean

  • Whether you will earn money, find work or reach any particular result
  • Whether a course is the right choice for your situation
  • Teaching quality, or the personal opinions of previous buyers
  • Anything a creator changes between scheduled re-checks

Verification describes what a course is. It is not a prediction of what any learner will achieve.

Questions

What verification does and does not do

What does TrustMyCourse Verified mean?

It means a reviewer was given the same access a paying learner gets, worked through our published checks, and confirmed that the course delivers the offering it advertises. Verified describes what a course is — its curriculum, access, pricing terms and the accuracy of its marketing. It is not a judgement of teaching quality and not a prediction of what any learner will achieve.

Do creators pay to receive a positive verification result?

Creators may pay a fee for a review to be carried out, but payment never guarantees approval. The fee covers the work of reviewing the course; it does not buy the outcome. Courses that do not meet the standard are not verified, and no fee changes that. Featured placement is a separate, clearly labelled advertising product sold only to courses already holding Verified status, and it never affects whether or how a course is verified.

Does verification guarantee results?

No. TrustMyCourse verifies objective, checkable characteristics of a course. We make no claim about income, employment, return on investment or whether you will succeed. Any course promising guaranteed outcomes is treated as a problem during review, not a selling point.

How are courses checked?

A reviewer is given full learner access and works through a published list of criteria covering curriculum, creator identity, access and delivery, advertised claims, pricing and terms, and any promised support. The result of each check is recorded, and the checks completed for a course are shown on its public profile.

Can verification be removed?

Yes. Verification carries a date and a scheduled re-check. If a course materially changes, if its marketing starts making claims it cannot support, or if a substantiated report shows it no longer meets the standard, the status is updated or withdrawn and the public record reflects that.

How can a creator submit a course?

Creators apply through TrustMyCourse with their course, its public sales page and reviewer access. We confirm what is needed before a review begins, and the published criteria are available in full beforehand so there are no surprises about what is assessed.
